The Foundation Traffic Management System was designed from the ground up to be an information hub of condition and device data.

What is Foundation?

Capable of growing to fit the needs of an installation while still maintaining the ability to be customized on a site-by-site basis, Foundation was designed with the unique needs of the transportation community in mind. The Foundation platform allows for enhanced collaboration between municipalities, transportation departments, and regulatory agencies by simplifying scheduling, reporting, and archival functions of the system. It also allows streamlined communication with integrated devices through a common user interface.

Foundation is a complete Client-Server solution. The multi-tiered servers work in concert with the Foundation Workstation, which grants access to various systems (i.e. Foundation affiliates and legacy systems).
