TI-MED - ITS-NY Project of the Year 2018

 

CoVal’s TI-MED System was honored with the  “Outstanding Project of the Year” award at the 2019 ITS-NY conference in Saratoga Springs, NY.  TI-MED’S Origin/Destination reporting was highlighted as an innovative and noteworthy utility used as part of the State’s Intelligent Transportation System. CoVal appreciates the recognition in serving the greater ITS community with creative software solutions.

 

 

TI-MED Origin-Destination Reports Now Available

 

TI-MED received a major update allowing for the analysis of over 2 years of data for the New York Metropolitan area. Since it’s inception, TI-MED has historically archived minute by minute traversal information for many instrumented roadways across New York. Now, this data can be analyzed to retrieve reports both using the traditional java based TI-MED Client or a browser based application called the Analyzer. Sceptre Firmware Feature Extensions

 

Sceptre firmware for the 2070 which performs Ramp Metering, Surveilence and Incident Detection, has been operating in New York State since 1999. Recent upgrades include communication upgrades, additional dual-lane and preemption metering options and, fully configurable local incident response capabilities. CoVal’s Conference Center

 

CoVal’s State-of-the-art Conference Center allows the company to teleconference with clients around the globe. Featuring four televisions, a high performance media PC, and an HD webcam, CoVal can host or connect to numerous video conferencing options. This room has a dedicated Skype phone line for incoming calls and is also capable of supporting Google Hangouts, TeamViewer, GoToMeeting, and many more options for conferencing.
