Fran Sessa

Dr. Fran Sessa, Project Ombudsman and Vice President of Administration, graduated from Wellesley College and earned her Ph.D. from Temple University in Clinical Psychology in 1991. She has worked in a variety of research and clinical settings and served as the Division Head of Social Sciences at Penn State University's Abington campus.

Dr. Sessa provides a key part of CoVal's quality assurance program. She is available for any customer concerns, offering a path around the normal program management reporting structure to ensure quality issues receive the highest priority. In her role as VP of Administration, she also oversees human resources, financial, and policy matters to guarantee business continuity.
